- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Set aside.
- Spread the garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side of four slices, layer mozzarella, shrimp, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
