Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour over shrimp.
Lay lemon slices over the shrimp.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

For extra heat, increase red pepper flakes or add cayenne.
