- 1 lb (450g) salmon fillet, skin removed and cubed
- 1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz (225g) fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon cubes and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque, around 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat evenly.
- Combine with cooked fettuccine and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
