Ready in just 35 minutes, this restaurant-quality meal is perfect for impressing your family or guests! Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for the ultimate comfort meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) salmon fillet, skin removed and cubed
  • 1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz (225g) fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon cubes and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook shrimp until pink and opaque, around 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese, letting it melt into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Return salmon and shrimp to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat evenly.
  • Combine with cooked fettuccine and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a burst of freshness, squeeze a little lemon juice over the dish before serving.
  • You can swap the fettuccine for any pasta of your choice like penne or linguine.
  • Add some sautéed spinach or roasted cherry tomatoes for extra color and flavor.
  • Fresh Parmesan melts best, so avoid using pre-grated for a creamier sauce.
