- 1/2 lb crab meat, picked over for shells
- 2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into chunks
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine: Boil fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon chunks with Cajun seasoning, then cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir constantly. Add Parmesan and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
